Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from BeachReady Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the renter (“you,” “customer”) agrees to the terms below.

 

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins upon delivery and ends upon pickup as agreed at the time of booking. Extensions may be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

 

3. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver and pick up beach gear to and from your designated location within our service area (Sarasota to Naples). You agree to ensure safe access for delivery and pickup.

 

4. Condition of Equipment

All gear is cleaned, inspected, and maintained before each rental. You are responsible for reasonable care during your rental period.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Equipment

If items are lost, stolen, or returned with major damage, you are responsible for the replacement cost of the item(s). Minor wear is expected and will not result in charges.

BeachEase Rentals reserves the right to determine what constitutes damage or loss and to assess reasonable replacement costs.

 

6. Liability

You acknowledge that beach activities carry inherent risks. BeachReady Rentals is not liable for injury, accident, or property damage arising from the use of rented equipment. You agree to use all items responsibly.

 

7. Payment

Full payment is required prior to delivery. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

8. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
