We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If any item is not as described or fails to function properly, contact us immediately so we can replace or adjust your rental.
2. Early Returns
No refunds are issued for early returns once the rental period has begun.
3. Lost or Damaged Items
If equipment is majorly damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be billed for the full or partial replacement cost. BeachReady Rentals reserves the right to determine what qualifies as major damage.
4. Weather Policy
We understand Florida weather can be unpredictable. In the event of extended inclement weather, we may offer partial credits or rescheduling at our discretion.
